· Qualifications

o Being a self-starter who is passionate about helping a company reach common goals

o Need to understand the full customer journey experience in a fast paced environment, and have a genuine customer centric mindset

o Ability to work independently with a high degree of autonomy and
accountability

o Efficient use of internal email and other communication systems

o Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills

o Clear understanding of sales and customer service principles

o Proven track record in Sales

o Ability to multi-task in multiple electronic media

o Ability to receive and implement ongoing feedback and coaching
with a positive attitude

· Responsibilities

o Maintain Individual Goals and Objectives as provided on a weekly basis

o Assists customer with appropriate product selection and takes sales order

o Assist customers in making buying decisions by guiding customers through the order process effectively

o Process quotes, sales orders, rescheduling and cancellations accurately and efficiently

o Contribute ideas on ways to resolve problems to better serve the customer and/or improve productivity

o Build rapport with customers by greeting them in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using procedures learned during new-hire training

o Ensure that customers understand all product information, and are able to provide additional information to customers as needed

o Handles phone-in customers with pleasant telephone etiquette and courtesy

o Responding to and Closing inbound sales leads and reaching out to other businesses to develop and close new leads for small and medium sized businesses

o Work closely with sales and marketing teammates to ensure messaging and pitch are aligned

o Provide quantitative and qualitative feedback to marketing based on the messages and positioning that are/are not working

o Mondays through Fridays from 9am to 6pm

§ Some Saturdays from 8am to 5pm

o $19/Hour to Start + Weekly Commissions and Monthly Bonuses
