Tom graduated from Folsom High and opened Folsom Real Estate in 1978 and specialized in the surrounding areas. In 1999 he moved to Orangevale and promptly opened his Realty. Committed to serving the communities of Orangevale and Folsom for over 35 years, Tom has been an avid supporter of both Chambers and various local charitable events. Tom is also an “Outstanding Lifetime Member” of the Masters club in the Sacramento Association of Realtors, and is a member of California Association of Realtors as well as the National Association of Realtors. Additionally, he holds the designation of “Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource” Specialist. The real estate market is in a constant state of change and one has to be up to speed with regard to new laws, advancing technology, changing demographics, the latest financing schemes, and evolving habitation choices.
